Shipping policy

SHIPPING Any orders placed through my shop updates are packed and shipped within 5-7 working days following the purchase. When items are shipped, you will receive a tracking code to your associated order email.

PICKUP JIA Pottery Studio does not have a physical store. Online order pickup is an option available only on market and pop-up days. Please be prepared to pickup on the specified time and location before selecting this option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Once an item leaves JIA Pottery Studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postal service and customs. There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your package.
